Ember & Sage Luxury Cedar Sachet Bags
Limited-batch cedar sachets made slowly, cured properly, and released in small seasonal rotations.
We only release 3 scents at a time. Each batch is built with real cedar chips, perfumer’s alcohol, essential oils, orris powder, and natural botanicals for a richer, longer-lasting scent experience than typical lavender bags.

How We Make Them
We do not buy pre-scented filler and pour it into bags. Every batch is built slowly from raw cedar, scented by hand, dried, cured, stabilized, and then finished during packing. That extra time is the difference.
- 1) We start with real cedar chips. Cedar is the foundation of every sachet we make. It gives the bag a deeper, cleaner base than a typical lavender sachet and helps create a scent that feels richer from the start.
- 2) We hand-scent the cedar. We spray the cedar chips with a blend of perfumer’s alcohol and essential oils so the scent disperses evenly through the material instead of sitting on the surface.
- 3) We let the cedar dry for 3 full days. Freshly sprayed material is not ready to bag. We give it time to dry down properly before moving to the next stage.
- 4) We cure the batch in airtight buckets for at least 2 weeks. This is where the scent settles, bonds, and matures into something smoother, deeper, and more stable.
- 5) We add orris powder. Orris powder helps support and hold the fragrance, giving the finished sachets better depth and staying power.
- 6) We finish each bag with real botanicals while packing. Depending on the blend, that may include dried orange slices, rosemary, cloves, or lavender.
- 7) We only release 3 scents at a time. We rotate limited batches every 2–3 months so we can focus on quality, freshness, and consistency instead of mass-producing a huge catalog.
Because we work this way, some orders may take 1–2 weeks depending on where the current batch is in the drying and curing cycle. That slower process is exactly why these are luxury sachet bags instead of cheap filler bags.

FAQ
Why are only 3 scents available?
We work in limited batches and rotate scents every 2–3 months instead of trying to keep a huge catalog year-round.
Why might my order take 1–2 weeks?

Where should I use them?
Closets, drawers, cars, linen storage, entryway baskets, luggage, and other small spaces that need a richer scent.
